The Federation of Protestant Reformed School Societies consists of board members of all Protestant Reformed Schools in the United States and Canada. Currently there are 18 Protestant Reformed school communities who are providing Christian education to 2,333 students in grades K-12. The Federation has been in existence since 1956 while the first Protestant Reformed school began in 1934.

The Federation Board is the working arm of the Federation. This board meets regularly to carry out most of the work of the Federation. There are eight members who make up this board: four school board members, executive director, teacher training director, technology director, and teacher representative. The most active member of the Federation Board is the executive director who is hired by the Federation to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Federation. All terms of the Federation Board members are three years.
